***This policy also allows me to maintain a predictable income and deters students from casually canceling/rescheduling lessons. 


CANCELLATION OF LESSONS -  24 hour Notice period
  • Students/Parents who need to cancel their lesson; this must be done no less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.   A Make-up or "credit" may be applied.
  • Credits and Make-ups will not be applied to any lesson cancelled within 24 hours of regular lesson time.
  • On the occasion that the Studio Teacher may need to cancel a lesson, Students/Parents will be notified no less than 3 days in advance and a "Make-Up Lesson" will be scheduled when possible.



MAKE UP LESSONS - 
  • Each Student/Parent is entitled to one Make-up Lesson per month for a Lesson canceled prior to the 24-hour notice period. 
  • Make-up lessons will be scheduled at the discretion of the Studio Teacher for one day each month and will be scheduled in addition to your normal monthly lesson schedule.    (Not to replace a normal lesson day or time)                                                          
  • It is the responsibility of the Student/Parent to attend the scheduled Make-Up Lesson.
  • The Studio is not obligated to arrange make-up lessons or give credit for missed lessons.

TERMINATION OF ENROLMENT TO THE STUDIO - 
 
  •  A 2-week notice period is required to terminate an enrolment status to the Studio. 
  •  Payment is expected for a full 2 weeks after notice is given.​ If termination is within the first month of the “taster period” then no fee will be applied.
